Dare to Be Square – Helvetia
The annual Dare to be Square square dancing workshop weekend was held in Helvetia, West Virginia this past weekend. Helvetia is about 20 miles from U.S. Route 219 at Mill Creek, in Randolph County. Helvetia is a little Swiss village in the middle of the Allegheny Mountains that also hosts one of our favorite annual winter celebrations, Fasnacht. Here are some photos from Friday’s square dance up at Helvetia.
